Our Shipyard Zamakona Pasaia, had recently dry-docked the modern general cargo vessel ABIS BELFAST belonging to the Dutch company Abis. The vessel with 89.95 meters length by 14 meters beam has made several repairs and general maintenance of mechanical, electrical as well as painting renewal.
This is the first time a ship of this important company hires our services for dry docking, in this case in our shipyard in San Sebastián, and we want to thank them for their trust. We hope to perform again this service to the rest of its fleet.
The Zamakona Shipyard in Pasaia apart from building modern and sophisticated ships, it also performs repairs and maintenance of vessels both afloat and dry-docked for which we have a floating dock with a capacity of 4.900 tons for boats up to 110 meters length by 23 meters beam.

The International Working Women’s Day or International Women’s Day celebrates the struggle of women for their participation, equality with men in society and their full development as a person. The first celebration of this day took place in 1911 in Germany, Austria, Denmark and Switzerland extending its celebration since then to many countries.
From Zamakona Yards we want to pay a small tribute to all women in the world and especially our colleagues who daily prove themselves working side by side with their colleagues. CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL OF THEM!
