    General Conditions for the promotion:

    • This promotion is only valid for reservations made between 03/15th/2016 and 04/01st/2016.

    • Discounts to be applicable to our General Tariffs 2016 for Shipyard Services as stated in the Dry docking estimate made by the Shipyard.

    • Discounts will become applicable once the Customer has paid 20% of the estimated Docking Charges as quoted in the estimate in advance as a sign of good faith and agreement.

    • Should the Customer, because of circumstances beyond his control, wants to cancel the reservation, the Shipyard will revert the total amount of the advance payment providing notice is received 15 days before the booking date.

    • Alternatively, the Shipyard could change the date for the dry docking always in mutual agreement with the Customer.
