{"id":7584,"date":"2014-02-03T10:41:12","date_gmt":"2014-02-03T10:41:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/beta\/en\/?p=7584"},"modified":"2016-03-02T09:23:10","modified_gmt":"2016-03-02T09:23:10","slug":"launching-of-the-vessel-ocean-marlin-in-pasajes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/en\/launching-of-the-vessel-ocean-marlin-in-pasajes\/","title":{"rendered":"Launching of the vessel Ocean Marlin in Pasajes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The past 31st of January, the <b>Zamakona Yards<\/b> successfully launched the vessel \u201c<b>Ocean Marilin<\/b>\u201d in its installations in <a title=\"Zamakona Yards Pasajes\" href=\"http:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/eng\/pasaiasite.php\" target=\"_blank\">Pasajes<\/a> in Northern Spain.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The vessel is the second which Zamakona Yards has launched of the three vessels contracted with the Norwegian shipping company, <a title=\"Atlantic Offshore AS\" href=\"http:\/\/www.atlantic-offshore.no\/\" target=\"_blank\"><b style=\"font-size: small;\">Atlantic Offshore A.S<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-size: small;\">. The principal mission of the vessel will be to provide immediate attention in emergency situations to Offshore Oil Rigs and Installations. Being especially adapted to the severe climatic conditions of the North Sea, it will commence operations for the Oil Company TOTAL in the second semester of 2014.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">The vessel, built in Pasajes, is a <b>Field Support Vessel<\/b> (FSV) of <b><a title=\"Havyard Design\" href=\"http:\/\/www.havyard.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Havyard<\/a> HY820 Design<\/b>. With a price of nearly 25 million Euros, the vessel incorporates the latest technologies including: dynamic positioning, fire control systems, machinery, towing pins on deck, stern roller, etc.<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">With a length of 66.8 meters, a breadth of 16 meters and two <a title=\"MAN Diesel Turbo\" href=\"http:\/\/www.mandieselturbo.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">MAN<\/a> motors with a capacity of 2500 KW each, the vessel has the capacity to rescue 300 persons.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The past 31st of January, the Zamakona Yards successfully launched the vessel \u201cOcean Marilin\u201d in its installations in Pasajes in Northern Spain. \u00a0 The vessel is the second which Zamakona Yards has launched of the three vessels contracted with the Norwegian shipping company, Atlantic Offshore A.S.
