{"id":11593,"date":"2016-12-20T09:33:26","date_gmt":"2016-12-20T09:33:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/en\/?p=11593"},"modified":"2016-12-20T09:34:21","modified_gmt":"2016-12-20T09:34:21","slug":"new-drydocking-of-the-vessel-juan-de-la-cosa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/en\/new-drydocking-of-the-vessel-juan-de-la-cosa\/","title":{"rendered":"New drydocking of the vessel JUAN DE LA COSA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>ASTILLEROS ZAMAKONA PASAIA S.L<\/strong>., finished last week the repair and maintenance services on drydock of the sanitary vessel of salvage and maritime assistance &#8220;<strong>JUAN DE LA COSA<\/strong>&#8221; of the <strong>SOCIAL INSTITUTE OF THE NAVY.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The vessel of 75mts LOA and 14 mts of breadth, has needed several works of repair and general maintenance related to the requirements of this kind of vessel activities indicated by the Captainship and Classification Society, as well as some check of the main equipment of the vessel, as azimuth propellers, shaft, or stabilizer fins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-11489\" src=\"http:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Juan-de-la-cosa-1-249x342.jpg\" alt=\"Juan de La Cosa\" width=\"249\" height=\"342\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Juan-de-la-cosa-1-249x342.jpg 249w, https:\/\/www.zamakonayards.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Juan-de-la-cosa-1.jpg 436w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 249px) 100vw, 249px\" \/>It\u2019s to be pointed out the full dissasembly of the propellers under the  surveyance of the equipment maker\u2019s technicians<strong> Wartsila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The elastic chocks of the main engines have been also changed and the whole shaft lines have been aligned again.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally, other  scheduled maintenance and corrective tasks have been made out on the structure, piping and other equipment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoPlainText\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">The relationship of our shipyards with this vessel through  the years has been a constant.  With this one, they already are 8 times that a vessel of the SOCIAL INSTITUTE OF THE NAVY contrates our services of drydocking and maintenance, this time at our shipyard of Pasaia, and we want to express them from these lines our gratitude for entrusting us.
